We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join our growing team. We are changing the delivery of healthcare in these rural areas by integrating excellent patient care, education, accessibility, and community service, in a way that puts the patient’s needs first and improves the health status of our communities.
The Psychiatric Mental Health Therapist (the “Provider”) reports to the Director of Behavioral Health (“Director”) and is a member of the Behavioral Health Team provided, however, that the Provider shall retain control over, or the right to control, the professional judgement of the Provider as they relate to patient care decisions. The therapist will see patients across the lifespan of care including diagnostic evaluations, individual, and family therapy virtually through a telehealth platform and live in the clinic setting. The Provider is responsible for independent decision making in the care of patients with mental illness. The Provider will generally work remotely and must be able to work collaboratively with the Director and a multidisciplinary health care team. The Provider demonstrates an advanced level of clinical knowledge, clinical/technical competence, sound clinical judgment, professional communication skills, timely and compliant documentation, and is responsible for professional development and competency validation. The Provider will support the company’s community relations and marketing programs as reasonably requested and will maintain and promote positive relationships with co-workers, patients, local community members and members of the professional community. This is a fully remote role with CST hours.
